Water Lilies began in 1995 as a family kitchen, sharing traditional home-style dishes. As demand grew, we expanded from Brooklyn to a 48,000-square-foot facility in Astoria, Queens, introducing automated dumpling and egg roll lines. In 2020, we relocated to Bay Shore, Long Island, with a 150,000-square-foot facility and 400+ employees. Today, we operate seven production lines, producing dumplings, potstickers, bao buns, rolls, and other Asian appetizers.
