Binto Operations
Your operations. In your control.
Bring your locations, people, and day-to-day work together. Keep documents, contacts, assets, and operating SOPs organized. Give each team member access to what they need.
Use what you need. Each Binto solution works independently.
Start with your location.
Open Add Location inside your private Organization.
An Operations Location is not a public listing.
Documents, dates & access
The right record. When your team needs it.
Give licenses, leases, and policies a home at the location they support. Review extracted details, keep important dates in view, and preserve every renewal.
- Track documents across versions, with reminders for confirmed important dates.
- Use categories to find records and Access Groups to control who can open them.
- Grant View, Contribute, or Manage access within a specific location.
Add your business license.
Choose a file and upload it for a new Tracked Document.
Private files stay inside Operations.
Contacts & assets
The next repair should not start from scratch.
Connect the equipment, the people who service it, and the record of what happened. Keep an operational relationship once, then assign it to the locations it supports.
- Keep organization-level contacts, contact people, and location-specific references.
- Track equipment and its service history at each Operations Location.
- Link supporting documents without bypassing their document access permissions.
Give equipment a record.
Open Add Asset to record a physical item.
Start with the item and the location it serves.
Operating SOPs & inspections
Keep the know-how. Capture the follow-through.
Make the way you work easier to pass on. Share procedures across selected or all locations, and use inspection templates to collect consistent reports.
- Write procedures with supporting documents, images, or video attachments.
- Build reusable inspections with questions and required evidence.
- Keep completed inspection reports available for your team to revisit.
Start the opening check.
Choose a published inspection template and an eligible location.
Only locations within the template’s scope and your access are available.
Private by design
One Organization. Deliberate access.
An Organization is your private Operations Workspace—not a public business profile. A Team Member has one Operations Role within it, with access assigned by location and module. Documents outside their grants stay undiscoverable, including in linked records.
What is Binto Operations?
Binto Operations is a centralized workspace for organizing your business's operational knowledge. It brings together documents, contacts, assets, procedures, reminders, and other important information so your team can quickly find what they need.
Who is Binto Operations designed for?
Operators who run one or many locations and need shared operational context rather than scattered files. It fits multi-location retail, but nothing in it is retail-specific: if your team needs documents, assets, contacts, and procedures tied to physical locations, it applies.
What can I do with Binto Operations?
Organize business documents, contacts, assets, procedures, and important operational information in one place. You can invite your team, manage multiple organizations and locations, upload new document versions, set reminders for important dates, and preserve operational knowledge as your business grows.
Can I manage multiple organizations and locations?
Yes. You can create and manage one or multiple organizations within your account. Each organization can have one or many locations, with documents, contacts, assets, procedures, and reminders organized separately for each organization and location.
What are Assets in Binto Operations?
Assets organize the important equipment and property your business relies on. Each asset maintains its own service history so you can track repairs, maintenance, related documents, and service providers in one place.
Can documents be connected to other information?
Yes. Documents can be linked to related contacts and assets, giving your team useful context instead of isolated files. A service invoice can be connected to an asset, for example, and a vendor agreement to the related contact.
How does Binto help preserve operational knowledge?
Binto organizes documents, procedures, service history, contacts, and other operational information into a centralized knowledge base. This makes answers easier to find, reduces repeated questions, and preserves know-how as your business grows.
How is Binto Operations different from Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox?
Cloud storage platforms organize files. Binto Operations organizes your business by connecting documents with locations, contacts, assets, procedures, reminders, and document history, creating a practical operational knowledge base rather than a collection of folders.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Your information belongs to your organization. Access is controlled through user permissions so only authorized team members can view or manage operational data.
How does Operations relate to Marketplace and Commerce?
They are separate modules and can be used independently. Operations organizes how your business runs. Marketplace helps you find businesses, suppliers, and services. Commerce handles invoicing and collecting payments from your customers. Using one does not require the others.
