This notice applies when you pay an invoice through Binto Commerce, whether you are a business or an individual.
1. Who you are paying
You are paying the business named on the invoice (the “Merchant”), not Binto LLC.
Binto provides invoicing and payment software. Binto is not the merchant of record, is not the seller of the goods or services on the invoice, and is not a party to the underlying purchase.
2. Review before you pay
Review the Merchant’s name, the invoice amount, the description of what you are paying for, and any due date before you confirm payment.
If anything is wrong, do not pay. Contact the Merchant named on the invoice.
3. Refunds, delivery, and disputes
Questions about goods, services, delivery, refunds, cancellations, taxes, or the quality of the purchase go to the Merchant. Binto does not independently decide whether you are entitled to a refund.
You may have rights under your card network, your bank, or applicable consumer-protection law. Those rights are against the Merchant and your payment provider. They do not make Binto the seller.
4. Electronic records
By checking the box on the payment page and confirming payment, you agree to receive this notice, the invoice, and related payment records electronically for this payment.
You need a current web browser and the ability to view this page. You may print or save a copy for your records. Where a PDF is offered, you may download it.
If you do not want to proceed electronically, do not complete this payment. Contact the Merchant for another way to pay.
This consent applies to this invoice payment and related electronic records. It is not consent for unrelated Binto products or later transactions.
5. Privacy
Payment credentials are collected by Stripe. Binto’s Privacy Policy describes how Binto handles information.
6. Governing law
Missouri law governs this notice, except that if you are a consumer and a mandatory consumer-protection law of your state cannot be waived, that law still applies to the extent required.
