What is Binto Commerce?
Binto Commerce is an invoicing and payment collection module. You add the clients you bill, send them invoices, and collect payment online or record payments you took another way. Invoices, payments, and reports stay together in one workspace.
Who is Binto Commerce for?
Any registered business that collects payments from its customers for goods supplied or services provided. That includes suppliers and service providers, and it also includes an independent retailer who happens to supply goods or offer services to others.
Do I need Binto Operations or Marketplace to use Commerce?
No. Commerce is an independent module. You can use it on its own without a Marketplace listing and without an Operations workspace. If you do use the other modules, they live in the same account.
How do my customers pay an invoice?
Invoices can be paid online through a secure payment page, including bank payments with account verification. You can also record payments you collected outside the platform, such as cash or a check, so your records stay complete either way.
How are fees handled?
Any applicable processing and platform fees are shown in your Commerce agreement and payment setup before collection. You can also record payments collected outside Binto so the invoice record stays complete.
What do I need before I can accept payments?
You complete your business details, accept the provider agreement, and connect a payment account. Binto walks you through these steps in order and shows what is still outstanding before online payments are switched on.
Can my team help manage invoicing?
Yes. Access is controlled per business entity, so you decide who can view or manage invoicing and payment activity for each one.
Can I manage more than one business?
