Out here in Oklahoma, we make jerky a little differently – going out of our way to add some authentic Oklahoma care, determination, and tradition into our recipe. OUR JERKY TASTES LIKE MEAT, not meat flavor. IT’S SLOW DRIED, not cooked. IT’S CHEWY, never greasy. We take our time to make it right. Each strip of premium hand cut steak is dried overnight until it is perfectly tough and mind-blowing meaty. 17 g/oz with only 1g of sugar. Our sticks are 10g or protein/oz. Don't follow the herd.
